Okeh nak gelak!
Tips perut langsing darpada orang yang belum langsig.

Kurangkan garam dalam makanan harian sbb water is attracted to sodium (garam).
Apabila pengambilan garam harian lebih tinggi daripada biasa, ia akan sementara berada di dlm bdn and as we know water is attracted to sodium so it contributes to a sluggish feeling, a puffy appearance, and extra water weight. Oh, tak maul ah flabby2 begitu huhuhuhu

Kurangkan amik makanan yg tinggi karbo sebab dalam badan kita ni dah tersimpan glikogen where every gram of glycogen is stored with about 3 grams of water.
Jadi kalo kita kurangkan carbo intake, badan kita dapat guna tenaga yg tersimpan tu dan membakarnya, at the same time dapatla buang excess store fluid tu

Sesetengah makanan tak sesuai dimkn mentah2.
Tahu tak 3 batang karot yang dimasak takes up less room in your digestive organ (GI tract) that extracts nutrients from your food. So kalau amik karot mentah akan menyebabkan organ ni mengembang dan hasilnya, a swollen tummy!

Kalau boleh jgn amalkan kunyah chewing gum...
Oh this is my bad habis when I was nervous tapi dulu la zaman2 belajar kena present ke atau waktu main teater.
Tahu tak sebenarnya kunyah chewing gum tu boleh sbb kan perut buncit?
When you chew gum, you swallow air. All that air gets trapped in your GI tract, and causes pressure, bloating and belly expansion.
Oh my!

Ucapkan selamat tinggal kat makanan bergoreng hehe...
Donut, french fries, karipap well even the obligatory splash of tomato ketchup can cause bloating.
Fatty foods, especially the fried variety, are digested more slowly, causing you to feel heavy and bloated.
Now you see?

Sesetengah food ni high gas content jugak. Equals bloat.
So buncit nnt perut kalau makan contohnya legumes, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, onions, peppers and citrus fruits kahkahkah banyak la yang takleh makan ni hoi!!!

Well, itulah sedikit sebanyak yang Cik D baca...
